fiery, but, anal-retentive

I had a guy once say that he could describe me, just by knowing my birthday. So, I told him. He'd taken a college course in zodiology and had specialized in Virgo. And, i'm a dragon based on the Chinese year. So, yeah, I met him and five minutes after that he said, "you're fiery, but anal-retentive." It actually kindof irritated me, because he'd pegged me. Another word (sorry, I know it's three) is flibbertigibbet. And, it shouldn't surprise anyone that I couldn't just answer the question with the requested two words. Ha, cuz I'm a flibbertigibbet, duh.
