thanx so much for all of your prayers and thoughts! we all went to the funeral on sunday evening, and it was so wierd because there were seven dogs there and not one of them fought or even barked at each other. it was so quiet and sullen. she was already buried, we just went there and planted flowers and a small tree, and said a few prayers. Lindsay and i went for a walk today, and it was strange to not have abby following along. she always did. i just cant believe this happened. especially on mothers day! i mean, its Nikkis daughter! last mothers day abby brought nikki a bone all by herself. she just came down to our house with a bone in her mouth and gave it to nikki. we never figured out how she knew it was mothers day. why did she run out in that road? we'll never know! poor poor abby! thanx everybody, i'll keep ya updated.
