If you want to lose weight make sure not to ban your cravings totally but to control them- two small pieces of chocolate (like 100 calories) from time to time are not bad- but eating a whole package is. And having two or three diet cokes a week won't kill you- but to have diet sodas whenever you are thirsty is dangerous.
If you ban all the nasty little things totally it is much more likely that one day you just surrender to your cravings and really dive into all the bad stuff
It is also not true that all the carbs are bad- it is the carbs that are contained in white bread, white noodles and especially sugar.
All Atkins like diets only work as long as you keep them strictly![]()
