I've sort of set myself up with making a list of things I can and cannot eat. I am trying to cut out sugars and diet soda (as hard as it will be to cut out diet soda!) and sort of writing down what I eat and how much I exercise. I think it might help me in the beginning by realizing that maybe I'm not eating enough, eating too much, etc. I'll keep you updated. Tomorrow is day one! Wish me luck!

By the way, if anyone wants to team up or something, sort of do the diet thing together, I'd be more than happy to be support. Abby will appreciate the extra walks anyway. It'll be benefitting us both in the long run!
