As far as I know, beastiality isn't a crime in quite a few states. In fact, its quite legal to have websites about it based in states where it IS legal. It's illigal for persons under 18 to view pictures of it, but the act itself isn't illigal so long as the animal isn't "harmed"

I've heard of some places where this type of thing is taught as a normal sexual behavior.

This sort of thing is disgusting and I am in agreement that it does seem like a mental disorder but until the act is actually made illigal, there isn't a whole lot people can do to stop it unfortuneatly . At least a lot of places will press animal cruelty charges.
