I do hope that Sarah Michelle is not one of those otherwise good and gentle cats who freak, claws out, whenever anyone touches their belly. If this is her favorite position, and if she were of that nature, it would be impossible to be around her and not wind up with a shredded hand.

I trust, though, that she enjoys her belly rubs.
