UPDATE:
Went to the vet yesterday. Frankie is very healthy. He just has a little yeast infection in his ears. Vet gave me some drops and said it should clear up in a few days. He got some shots and will get a booster in a month. He was very sore after the visit and slept the rest of the day. He was VERY happy and active this morning. Was up since 5:30. Him and Beenie played until it was time to go to work. He is very smart. I discovered that he already knows the command SIT. His previous owner must have taught him.
