    Simba

    Simba! What a handsome guy you are!

    We have a Simba, too, also an orange tabby and guess what? He was bottle-raised, too! His eyes and ears were also still closed when I found him, and it was tiresome to get up every two hours for feedings, but well worth it!

    Our Simba is now nine years old, and weighs about 16 pounds! That's awfully big for a bottle baby!

    Congratulations, Simba! You're a great Cat of the Day.

    Now you are a spoiled little boy who loves a ride on his dad's shoulders and plays all day long.

    What a good looking fellow you are, lounging in front of the Christmas tree (where in the world is Sammy?) in all your orange glory!

    You were very fortunate to have been so lovingly raised by your meowmie and pawpie; all that good food and tender care made you the wonderful family member that you are today.

    Congratulations on being COTD here (and COTD EVERY DAY at home!). Hope you get lots of treats & scritches....do share with Sammy!

    Simba dear, even though you have a lion's name, you are still a tiger, and there's nothing better than a tiger boy who loves his people. I think tigers must just be naturally loving, and that your nature was enhanced by being hand raised when you were so very young. I still miss my two tiger boys, Tiger and Tiger. (Well, I was very young, OK?) Best wishes for a long, healthy, happy life, Simba!

    Nice story, Simba...I love a happy ending with a loving home. What wonderful purrsons you have to care for you and your siblings when you lost your meowmie!
