Did you try the vet's? Many vets do board animals, I'd try there, it would be your best bet.

I don't think she would be aloud to do that, you would need to charge stud fee, the vet's ok, making sure, eyes, hips, elbows, etc, are all cleared. She isn't a very responsible vet if shes not going to check for that. Hmm...
