I saw that one too, actually we have Tivo and I saw that there was a show about Papillions so I taped it and I just watched it tonight. They are cute dogs, and from what I have observed over the years, they are super little dogs. When I worked at the vet many, many years ago, there was this client who had a beloved lassa oppso (I have no idea how to spell that breed name) and they decided to get a companion for her, so they got a little male papillion. They were not good with training and the little papillon got into some bad habbits (chewing, going to the bathroom in the house, uncontrolable energy) and when they saw me with the little papillion and saw how much I liked the way he looked and how sweet he was they offered to give him to me. I did not know about animal training at that time and I knew my mom would not aprove of me bringing this unruly dog into the house....but the dog was just in need of some training and stimulation. He was bored to death! I kinda wish I had taken him now that I know how smart and easy to train they are....who knows, maybe someone got him who needed him more then I did
