    Last night I made my own hummus (thanks to Kay always talking about it) I fried an eggplant and blended that with 2 cans of peeled garbanzo beens and 8 cloves of sauteed garlic

    It was good...I have really good breath now
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    I have been frosted!

    Saturday night here, we always try and have an easy meal, tonight was these yummy lil savoury pies, three flavours to choose from, ham and egg quiche, mince and potato top, they are reasonably low in fat for pies as well, followed with a salad and a very nawtee yummy treat dessert, Cornetto tim tam ice creams.......
    Furangels only lent.

    Last night was old fashioned beef potroast, potatos and carrots cooked all day with lots of onion - AHH!!! this is comfort food I think as the house smelled so wonderful

    I'm making my mom's birthday dinner today (her birthday is Sunday)

    I'm making:

    Crab Legs
    Shrimp with sauted onione & orange & yellow peppers
    Cheesey Potatoes
    And a tossed salad with chickpeas

    Last night we had rigatoni and veal in a lemon sauce. Was lovely and not sure about tonight. We will just have to see what the chef cooks up.

    We went to Burger King and had BK veggie burgers and french fries. We then went over to Dairy Queen and had a Banana Split blizzard.

    We just ordered pizza, cheesey breadsticks, and a greek salad. They gave us the wrong toppings on our pizza so they're delivering another free pizza soon. I know what i'm having for breakfast tomorrow!
