Rachel, there's a puppy mill rescue group that gets bichons a lot. I know you're not ready for one yet but I just saw they have 3 up for adoption right now. I might get my next dog from them. The puppymill stories of the dogs are so heartbreaking and disturbing. I'd love to rescue a yorkie or papillon next but there's no telling what will appear on my doorstep
