Thanks everyone for your suggestions and replies. She seems a lot better now as far as itching her hot-spot. She did itch at it a bit yesterday and itched off part of the scab. I was glad to see brand new skin and no bleeding!

Her face is bothering her the most. There 3 really deep holes that she keeps trying to itch at.
Hopefully they will go away. Although the pills she's taking aren't meant for relieving itchyness, it seems after she takes the pill she doesn't itch at much.
