Those look really cute! You know, I'm becoming more and more fascinated in hand-made things. They have a history and have meaning, either to yourself or to those that receive them. This spring, David made me a wooden cedar planter for the deck and I just love that thing so much. I'm looking to get more ideas of simple, (somewhat inexpensive ) things to make for Christmas/birthday gifts. I've been given a few hand made gifts and always really treasure them.

Anyway! Didn't mean to go off on such a tangent! I think they turned out very nicely. You and your Dad should think about setting up a booth at one of those craft festivals if you have those down there (they are very popular up here!).
