Sorry to hear that you are feeling so down. My suggestion would be to go out for a walk, but by yourself. I know if I am depressed I don't want to talk to anyone, but I don't want to be by myself, because I then think too much. Get out, walk, if someone smiles at you as you walk by embrace that act of kindness (not the person that may get you in trouble). And when you get inside, either look at the wonderful pictures that have been posted for you (they really made me smile), and know that there are people that care about you, or do something mind numbing like staring at the television. I really hope you can get past this setback soon.
