I don't know if anyone has ever read anything by Carl Hiaasen, but he is soooo funny! he absolutly HATES developers in Florida and his characters doing crazy things to stop them from tearing apart swamps for golf coures and stuff. Sick Puppy is about an eco-terrorist who "punishes" people for being litter bugs and he ends up kidnapping this guy's dog because he doesn't feel the dog is treated fairly. The guy's wife demands to be kidnapped too...anyway, it is really funny (although he uses HORRIBLE language and there is some other bizarre things..I would recommned it for mature audiences )
