I think this lady had good intentions,, just went about it the wrong way...she shold have taken her son with her,,, as for why not the dogs in the basement,, well she said the basement was full of plastic bags with clothing plus it was already set up as a playroom for the kids,, not for the dogs,,, but still,, its a terrible mistake to make and it cost a little boy his life and a dog his ... WHY he wasnt neutered,,, well thats another question I have for sure.....
