A dream of kitties safe from abuse and humiliation at the hands of their mommies. No more starving us, cooking us,threatening to eat us, putting on the bonnets, hats, and even sillier headwear. No more baths and shaves, no more naked backs. No more pictures all over the internet of these atrocities for all the cat mommies in the world to laugh over.

The cat, the noble feline species has a regal history. Cats were worshipped in ancient Egypt; should we not be worshipped now? The answer is, of course, we should.

DaFURR (Defenders of Feline Rights and Realities) is a first step in realizing this goal; of putting the abusive mommies in their places,of taking the scorn with which they treat us and putting it back on them. DaFURR removes the power of the mommies to humiliate that cat chosen as Martyr of the Month and instead rewards that marter with recognition, treats, and toyz, while punishing the mommie with stern words.

DaFURR's martyr of the month serves as a symbol to cats everywhere; as May Martur of the Month I promise to give my all for this cause.
