Breastfeeding is breastfeeding. Some people feel they need to nurse their kids until their 2 or 3 or 4. Mine didn't take a bottle (I never nursed) past the age of 1 year, so I can't really comment on that. It doesn't bother me to see a woman breastfeeding unless the kid is college aged.
