Poor Butter, let's hope this new food and the pills will help. You be a good boy and give your meowmie some headbumpies for what you did!

Meowmie's Paw is in pretty rough shape, especially this one spot where my tooth stuck in her hand. She says it is red and swollen. My daddy said that she has to go to the doctor and have it seen this afternoon because he is worried about her having an infection. I didn't mean to hurt her but she told me she still loves me anyway. Thank goodness. She's probably going to have to have a shot like I got yesterday. She will show you some pictures of her sore hand soon.

    Love,
    Butter(cup)

Oh Logan! Next time you better use a baseball glove!

I am sorry that the outcome was not more positive. I was searching the web today and also a homeopathic website. They had a forum (in German) where someone asked about a cat tearing her fur out. I immediately checked it but they didn't fnd a solution too They were even two cats- not getting along very well and probably being stressed

    Ouwie!!

But in the Grande Scheme of Things ...
Those a just lil Luv Bytes!

Been a while since Boots managed to get enough to
    do that to me ...
but I not-so-fondly remember a nail-clippin session or two in
his "younger-years" that resulted in similar Toofie-marks and
skid marks on hands, arms, and legs!

Hope that Hand-Paw starts Feelin Better - SOON!

I want those of you who have ever doubted whether Butter could really be so "bad" to look at these pictures! LOL!!! He definitely can inflict some pain when he wants to. This is the worst attack I have ever gotten from him, though, and at least this time he had a reason to be upset (because he was at the vet).

I'm going to survive. I have a severely infected hand and the doctor put me on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds, as well as giving me a Tetanus booster. The red had started moving up my arm by the time I got there, so I did do the right thing going in. And I do still love my Buttercup.

  8. I think Butter gets more CAUTION stickers than Edwina!

    Be a good Butterboy!

I would imagine that Buttercup has LOTS of stickers on his file, now, but bless their hearts, they just kept saying "poor little thing", over and over, just like I did, as I was pouring blood. LOL!!!!

Oh, I'm so glad that you went and got your hand looked after.
I pray that you will feel better very soon.

Poor Buttercup, I'm sure he didn't mean to do that and I hope and pray that the new food and medication has him feeling better real soon.

I hope you both feel better very, very soon! That gash on your hand looks as if it stings like nobody's business.

I hope the new diet and the medication work for Butter. That itch must be absolutely miserable.

My little buddy is awfully lethargic today, but he's eating and has gone outside a few times today. It was rainy this afternoon, a perfect time to nap.

Scott covered the printer with a towel to cut down on the bird dust and Butter thinks it is a perfect place to sleep now.

Have you considered Allergies to something outside?

Met an English Bulldog owner who told of his dog's severe allergy
to GRASS - that common stuff that covers the yard!

She was always *itchin* & *scratchin* - and was destroying her
fur coat and leaving huge raw spots.
Off to the "Allergy Specialist" for tests.
Results: Allergic to many things, food and environmental -
but the most common and most difficult to avoid, was plain old GRASS!

    The "fix" for the Grass allergy was weekly injections during the summer;
and monthly shots in the winter.

Just a thought - and maybe *thought of* already -
but with Butter's frequent OUTside excursions - I wonder if he
might be picking up the irritation in the Great Outdoors??

HOPE the poor Lil Kid starts to Feel Better!!
    (Ditto for your Hand-Paw!!)
