hey, cool. yeah, there's a place called earth fare in columbia. i tried to find it today, but, couldn't. i'll mapquest tonight and see if i can find it this week. i saw online though that they are having a cooking class this saturday for cooking wild salmon. i think it's free, i might try to go! i'm going to look at all of the local grocery stores, too, sometimes they have good organic stuff to choose from. i'll have a hard time giving up mayo and ranch, but, i know i should.
