Everyone has great advice and he's super cute! haha Just remember unless you are positive he's into you, in a more intimate way, you might not want to ask him out. There has to be a reason he hasn't asked you out on a date yet. Maybe you should be a little more welcoming in how you act with him, or maybe he just wants more time to figure out what he's feeling. Be patient! I'm sure everything will turn out great.
