Just bumping for Gina to see.
Plus had an intresting incounter while walking the kids to night I met the daughter of the lady who started Black Paws Newfys and search and rescue training. So cool we almost bought one of her dogs a few years ago but long story we just didn't.

So cute! I've never seen them before, I don't think.

-thank you Poppy for the avatar.

R.I.P. Hanson. You will never be forgotten, and we await the day to see you once again. The imprint you left on my heart will never fade - your big beautiful brown eyes, your big soggy kisses...

Yes Amy it's an endless job ever wonder why I have several black sweaters for the winter? Right now it's sheddy season I get a large grocery bag from each ever day. Keeps my spinning wheel busy.

Great pictures. I don't think I had ever seen your kids before, either. I really liked the picture of them together. It also made me smile to read your description of your velcro-boy and party-girl. I love big hairy dogs, yours are so cute (a chow/newfy mix, how can you go wrong).

Dugan is 5 going on 6 Lady is 6 . My son brought them to my work on friday. Most of my co workers had never seen them. They couldn't get over how large they are, I guess I'm so used to them they just don't seem that big. It was quite the sight the two of them in the back of a dodge dakota pick up. Dugan was mostly the favorite(mostly couse hes not a drooler and keeps his tongue to him self. ) Lady has to be part anteater I swear her tongue is 3 feet long.
If its nice this week I'll try more pics , but they love laying in the rain and look horrible after.

They are beautiful! I had no idea they were that big until I saw them with you. I then knew that they had to have some Newfy in them. I'll bet grooming them is fun. They can sure keep you warm in winter. They are both adorable.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Grooming could be worse if they didn't enjoy it so much they both lay on you so you can brush them. I'm afraid though I'm going to have to clip them down this summer . Warm oh yes the best sweaters ever.

Corrina I could have sworn that I posted to this thread but obviously I haven't

I just adore those two beauties of yours! Such gorgeous long locks of black hair (Dugan really reminds me alot of Keisha...guess it's the chow in him).

I can just imagine all the hair you get out of those two

Thanks for the pictures because we definately don't see enough of them!!!

Huney, Bon & Simba-missed so very much

I'm glad I didn't miss this! Those two beautiful happy pups are such a joy to look upon . They look VERY eager to get treats from Mom .

I feel so horrible though because I missed the news about Merlin. I just saw in this thread mentioning your loss of him and hurriedly went to memorial and found the thread. I am so very sorry for your loss, and for missing the thread in memorial. It seems it happened at a time that I was away a lot. I hope you are healing from the heartache little by little. I know it just takes a very long time for the pain to subside.
