WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!! HOW CAN THEY BE SO CRUEL TO ANIMALS!! I am glad that the owner is being punished, but I sincerely hope that the little dog will find a home where it will be treated good! I'm in NH so I am no help, but he will be in my thoughts and prayers!
