Blessedly your Mom had the courage and foresight to see beyond the fear you were understandably experiencing following your rescue; to realize that just beneath the surface beat the gentle heart of a loving and deserving feline and soon to be best furkid! It never ceases to amaze me what miracles can be worked with just a small investment of time, love and patience!
