OMG!!! Kim no wonder you are having such a hard time deciding what to do about Flutter. I swear she is one adorable little girl! It doesn't have anything to do with her missing leg either...she is just plain ADORABLE!!! She is one of those kitties that makes you laugh and smile when you look at her.
