i think what i'll try is this, brewing the coffee double strength, 4 T coffee to 6oz water, then cooling it in the fridge in a pitcher. i'm also going to make coffee ice cubes, so when the cubes melt, the coffee half and half mix won't be diluted. i go through a lot of iced tea in the summer, but i'm looking for a new drink after the yardwork is done for the weekend.
