You should see the kids that come to Adoption Days... some of them are good as gold, others, well... we had to put blankets over several cages at the last AD because two kids upset them so much. We stopped an adoption in the middle of it because if they were scaring the cats so much at Petco, imagine the horrors they'd be at home!

I find that people who's children run amok like that are the most insulted when you politely ask them to assert some control over their child's behavior. We should have one at every AD, and each time a kid pulls a cat's tail *zap* 'em and they'll get the message
