If things haven't improved by the end of the month, I might just check in with my vet about medicating Kahlua.
Though right now I'm still celebrating that hour and a half of Kahlua on the loose and only having one hissy session. Every time I checked on them, Kahlua was just chilling under the table and Mowgli and Zelda were still on the windowsill behind the couch. I'd go and pet Mowgli and Zelda and assure them that I wasn't going to let the big, bad kitten eat them, and Kahlua would just follow me to the couch, but she didn't jump up or go after anyone.
Though I do agree with Debbie that if Mowgli would just haul off and beat the snot out of Kahlua a few times things would settle down. I mean, when Kahlua squabbles with Zelda, it only lasts a couple of seconds. But when Kahlua goes after Mowgli it turns into a chase.
If time and meds don't do the trick, I might try the communicator next (and maybe find out what Mowgli's deal with the towels is while I'm at it).![]()
