You know, since I've gone on Atkins and cut out all grains, sugars, refined carbs, etc, I haven't felt hungry at all. Carbs actually make you hungrier! The other day I slipped and had a bit of ice cream and after that I was starving. Try cutting out some carbs and replacing those with GOOD carbs (from dark green veggies) and drinking alot of fluids.
