sweetie, try some thing easier on the tummy...chicken broth and slightly overcooked rice, a little bit, maybe half a cup total, oatmeal or weak tea and 1slice dry toast, egg drop soup ( my moms' version- 2 cups boiling chicken broth, beat 1 egg in a cup, then pour in a stream into the boiling broth, remove immediately from heat, eat slowly), carnation instant breakfast. i know this is boring, but lthis has worked for me. hope this helps.
