This morning, I was playing with a box of dirt in the kitchen when I accidently spilled it onto the floor. In a panic, I set about looking for something to wipe up all that dirt before my wife could discover what I had done. I grabbed a nearby rag and set to the task, but the rag was inadequate. "I need something really fluffly!" I said.
As it happened a computer was on, right on the kitchen table, and there, onscreen was the lovely, beautiful and extremely fluffy Bentley. I reached into the computer screen, scooped Bently out from his world and into mine.
I then placed him on the floor. He flopped down onto his back and I began to rub his tummy. He was so ecstactic that he squirmed and wriggled all over the floor. Soon, the dirt had all been picked up. I returned Bentley to his world in the same manner that I had brought him out of it, giving him a strip of smoked salmon to take with him as a memento of Alaska.
So, to the people owned by Bentley, this explains both his salmon breath and why he has been trailing an inexplicable amount of dirt about the house. Please don't get upset with me - he truly enjoyed the experience and I'm certain he loved the salmon.
