It reminds me of the Air Force acrobatic team, The Thunderbirds..

They take journalists up for a ride when they hit town.

One journalist was told to eat something before his ride because some people blow chunks during the manuevers..

He asked the pilot what he should eat..was there any food that was better than another??

He was told BANANAS....

Bananas?

"Yes", the pilot anwered, "they take the same when they come back up...."
