    Oh man what a cutie!!!! I used to have a border collie mix named Tipper that I adopted too, and she was so great!!! But, she was also so stubborn, so I think Tessa gets that from her Border side! They are the best dogs and so loyal and sweet. Congratulations on being Dog of the Day!!!
