[i]Police presence and reassuring words haven't been enough to calm some rattled parents, who picked their children up from school early or just kept them at home. Other frightened students cut classes.

Some? Only 150 students showed up! We usually have over 1500! Wolfsoul the news/tv thing you saw probly was us, I did'nt think so at first because they have twisted it so much. One of the reasons we all got freaked out by the goat heads was 1 no one told us untill a week later (although we all knew) 2 as we were sitting in class doing work we would here car alarms going off outside, do you know how creepy that is? One min your sitting there and everything is quiet and the next there are car alarms going of, It was so bad that the principal (not mentioning goat heads) anounced that anyone with a car leave class and go take everything out of their cars, and that still did not work. They keep telling the news that it is not a gang, well I have a signed notice that says they think it is. No one went to class because we dont trust them, they witheld info before, and only formaly tell us a week later, also even on the notice they did not tell us everything. They said there would not be a bomb but they bring in police? If they really thought there was no bomb why the police? We know that they just want to downplay the situation, but we are young adults and they should have told us sooner, not when we think that there is a bomb. The bomb is the only reason they told us at all about the goat heads, and that is wrong. I still say that there was 3 goat heads (they forgot the one at the base).
