How about turning on the HOT shower and bringing her in the bathroom to breath some of the steam?? Another thing I've used is "Little Noses". It's a pediatric saline nose drops. Get the stuff without any medicine in it. Cats won't eat unless they can smell their food. As for her eye, try putting a warm moist washcloth on it to get some of the goo out of it.

Poor Annie Hopefully you should see results from the antibiotics in 48-72 hours. If she gets any worse and stops eating, drinking or peeing, you'll need to call the vet. Kittens are SO fragile at this stage in their lives. But I'm sure with all the love and care you give her, she'll pull through.

Wouldn't DOUBT for a minute that her former foster home had the other kittens PTS.
