Um, I wouldn't consider him 'molested'. He kissed her first and she kissed back. He never said "no". His own mother said it was NOT a case of rape though Mary was convicted of statutory rape.

As far as his age being a factor, I know some people who are that young and are far more mature than my adult aged friends. Since I do not know him or Mary Kay I (and no one else either) cannot judge them on maturity level by reading articles about them.

I can't say how I'd react if my daughter/son would be in a relationship like that. I can only guess that I would not be too approving of the relationship (I would make him/her wait till age 18 to even start thinking about it, i.e. give them time to find out if that's what they really want, and have protection if they DO have sex) but if my son/daughter showed responsibility and maturity I would have a nice long talk with both parties involved.
