cats are very intelligent and they learn by watching just like kids do. She is behaving like a human cause she is living with humans. She is trying her best to take on and perform human tasks. All cats do that. My oldest tries to open doors and turn on the faucet in the bathroom. And my youngest eats with her paws and talks all day long, she actually tries to carry on a conversation. She also tries to answer the phone. When the phone rings she runs for it and paws at it to take it off the charger. It's not strange at all.
