I get all excited when there is a shiny, black lab as the Dog of the Day!!!! In fact, I used to know a black labby girl named Pearl, and she was much loved, just like you! I have never had one of my own, but I am a Retriever owner having owned a couple of your "yellow" cousins and some "golden" cousins too!!!
