Cali, yes my apartment does has a size limit - 20" from the top of the head to the ground. Anyone caught owning a dog, or any owner who has a visitor bringing in a dog larger than that gets smacked with a $100 fine. They are really strict here.
Not only that, my my two cats absolutely hate dogs and the last time my neighbour brought over her toy poodle, it took them the rest of the day to get over it. After all, this is their home and it's unfair that I stress them out like that.
So, unfortunately, I can't put you up.
Cali, I'll do some phoning around and pick up a bag of food for you. I could also pick you up at the airport because I've got that week off now. (acually I have the whole month of July off
