Mine came off the camera as a .mov file, and I comvert them to an .avi file, which is the file Microsoft Movie Maker uses, Then I used Microsoft Movie Maker to edit and save the file. EASY (yeah right... I don't want to tell you how many frustrated hours I spent learning those basic fact! ) but honestly, once you get the basics, it is easy!

I used a freeware program downloaded form the internet -- Bink and Smacker freeware

I know somebody made a tutorial too about it.
