Just remember this, if that is what he wanted to do, nothing anyone could have done would have stopped him. I intervened with my step Dad and got him help but he STILL did it 6 weeks later. It is NO ONES fault and there was NOTHING anyone could have done to prevent this!

They are ill when they do this and I believe God does not hold it against them and they are let into heaven dispite this last mistake.
Thank you. My father also commited suicide. The exact same circumstances and exact same way except it was 26 years ago this Mother's day. I believe that God doesn't hold it against them also.

Does anyone have any scripture that supports this or any thing that could help my husband and his family? I've read some helpful verses before but my mind is to blank to find them.
