tonya, I didn't read the old and its whole thread but I see it has been too long and I still wouldn't take them to kill shelter. can you maybe call those shelters near you (I'm SURE one of them is NO-kill). I understand you don't want to rehome them but it's better than taking them to killers please do it for me...

Thank you. I made my rounds with all of those shelters back in October. (Except the one in Livermore, I'll call them too.) I'm on a waiting list just for a foster home at Pets and Pals. This week, I'm going to recontact all of the no kill shelters and all of the rescues that I'd corresponded with before.

It's sad because there is such an overpopulation of cats. They all basically told me before that they are over their heads with cats. I was told that owner relinquished cats is low on the priority list. They all have tons of abandoned cats to deal with.

I was not very persistant though because I felt so guilty at the time. I'm going to be more persistant on getting my point across that the cats must go this time.
