I'm so sorry I didn't know about this until now. I haven't been on PT much lately. I'm sorry that Tobi had to have his eye removed, but it doesn't take away from his charm! Tobi still looks adorable and when he's feeling better I would love to see more pics of him. When we got Sylvia I told my parents about Pugs having A LOT of eye problems.
Shortly after we had her we tried to adopt another Pug. He was a 4 year old Pug with one eye blind and the other one removed. His name was Wesco and I fell in love with him over the Internet. Long story short he was up for adoption for over a year and in one weekend my family and another family wanted him. There was an e-mail problem and Wesco got adopted by someone that lived closer to the shelter (we lived 6 hours away).
It seems like you are taking this in stride and you should. I have been telling my family that one day there is a big possibility that Sylvia could lose an eye. It's hard, but with all the other things that could go wrong, I'd be happy with this.![]()
