If someone chooses to make a page or just sends supplies, or even does both, that's fine. It's up to them. If the person who recieves the page, supplies, or what not.. and doesn't like it, that's their issue.

It doesn't matter which you choose to do, as long as if you sign up you send SOMETHING.
