I have to boys who are very jealous of each other. Over the time I found out which are there preferred moments for quality time with me. E.g. Filou jumps on my shoulder in the morning and in the evening giving headbumpies and purring, Tigris comes up to the table after dinner and lies on a newspaper purring up a storm...

So they each get their lovings predictably. I think by giving more attention to Jazzi right now you are doing the right thing.
