What a gorgeous dog. I just love GSDs. I miss the GSDs and GSD mixes I used to have.

Most people dont have the right living arrangements for 10 dogs, nor can most people afford to properly care for 10 dogs. If someone wants to own that many they have to require a kennel lisence. Just allowing people to own so many dogs only ecourages irresponsibilty -- puppy mills, hoarding, fighting, etc.
