So far we're all still sane - LOL!!

We don't have a good, small room to put him in. I did come up with one place, though. We have air-lock entries, front and back doors. I set up the short front hall with litter box, bed and food. We put him in there, for a change of scene when he starts getting really obnoxious. We can't see what he's doing, but we can hear him. While he's in there, I can vacuum and clean his cage - and boy does it need it!!

The tranquilizer has been a God-send. Half a pill every 6 - 7 hours, and he's fine. I hate to keep him drugged, but there is no other alternative for now. Pain wise, he doesn't seem to be bothered much. Gets the NSAID at bedtime, and that does it for him. His appetite is good.

About 90 minutes ago, we had him out of the cage, loving him up. He enjoyed it, for about 10 minutes, then he wanted to rock-and-roll -
