I'm a worrywart, so I personally would keep him inside and confined, as long as he doesn't go ballistic, tonight and tomorrow. After that, I'd pretty much do whatever you normally do.

The glue is AWESOME! They used it on my Dad after he had major surgery 3 years ago. It actually seemed to heal faster, and it seemed a bit stronger and more durable than stitches.
