Oh Scout......You bring tears to my eyes. I am so sorry about your first 5 months of life. I do not understand people that can do that to an animal. I am so happy to hear that you have a family that loves you very much and takes very good care of you. And also lets you be king of the house. I think that is wonderful. You are so handsome.
